Ramble - Eartham Woods and Stane Street

On Saturday 15 November 21 keen CYC ramblers set off promptly on a fine autumnal morning. After carefully navigating the woods and taking a few stops, they reached the sign post at the summit clearing where a break for coffee was enjoyed. The sun began to break through the mist and the coast line could be seen.  After taking the steady descent back down Stane Street, the group adjourned to The George at Eartham where three lunchers joined us and orders were brought to the table. 

The food was very tasty and everyone enjoyed the morning's exercise.
